Optional DraftADynasty account
If you choose to sign in by email, DraftADynasty stores your email plus saved public league identifiers, watched players, recent searches, and preferences. Account data is private to you, is not required for public tools, and is deleted when you delete the account.
Public Sleeper data
DraftADynasty reads public Sleeper usernames, leagues, rosters, matchups, drafts, transactions, and settings.
Other public league data
Fleaflicker league IDs are sent to Fleaflicker's official public league API. MyFantasyLeague league IDs are sent to its official public export API. These connections currently return verified league summaries, not full Sleeper-equivalent analysis.
ESPN league connection
An ESPN league ID may pass through DraftADynasty to load league settings, teams, draft order, rosters, and live picks. If the connection uses ESPN sign-in details, they stay on the server and are never sent to your browser, analytics, or the draft research dataset.
Yahoo public league connection
A Yahoo public football league ID, API league key, or Yahoo league link may pass through DraftADynasty to load a verified public league summary. Yahoo requires its official API requests to use OAuth, so DraftADynasty uses one server-held read-only authorization. Visitors are never asked for a Yahoo password, browser cookie, access token, or refresh token, and the connector refuses any league Yahoo does not explicitly identify as public.
Public draft research
For approved public ESPN or Sleeper leagues, DraftADynasty may retain the provider, season, league format, roster setup, pick numbers, provider player IDs, and normalized public player names for long-term draft research. League, draft, and manager IDs are stored as one-way codes; league names, team names, manager names, raw provider responses, passwords, cookies, and sign-in details are not stored. The records remain private, are retained for longitudinal testing until removed or the dataset is retired, and cannot change rankings until a separate quality gate is met.
User-supplied roster and league paste
When you paste a roster or league page, DraftADynasty uses it only to match player and team names for the analysis. The pasted text is not saved to an account or database. Manual draft details stay in this browser tab until you clear them or close the tab.
Market values and ADP
FantasyCalc real-trade values and Fantasy Football Calculator mock-draft ADP are used as source-labeled fantasy market context, including on the public draft kit. They are not betting, DFS, or prediction-market instructions.
Local browser storage
DraftADynasty saves recent usernames, recent leagues, watched players, and on-device draft activity in your browser. Manual draft details stay in the current tab. If you sign in, valid saved leagues, searches, and watched players are also synced to your private account so they work on another device.
Native mobile companion
The iOS and Android companion sends the public username or league ID you enter directly to Sleeper, Fleaflicker, or MyFantasyLeague to load the league. DraftADynasty does not keep that lookup. For a public Sleeper league, the app also asks DraftADynasty for that league's report, sending only the public league ID and public user ID - no password, cookie, or device ID. There is no mobile account and no record of you is created. One public league and its last report may be saved on your device for offline use and are removed when app storage is cleared.
Playbook notify emails
When checkout is closed and a durable notify store is ready, /playbook may collect an email so DraftADynasty can send the purchase link on launch day. Standard campaign tags from the link may be saved with that request so we can measure which launch source worked. Those addresses are stored privately, used only for that notify purpose, and retained for up to 18 months unless you ask for deletion sooner.
Draft and app notify emails
When a durable notify store is ready, the draft assistant may collect an email so DraftADynasty can tell you once if a paid Pro tier opens, and /app may collect one so we can tell you once when the mobile app is downloadable. Both are optional — every board, grade and link on the site works without them. Standard campaign tags from the link may be saved with that request so we can measure which launch source worked. Each address records which page it came from and is used only for that page's purpose, so a draft-assistant address is never mailed the playbook or app list. Those addresses are stored privately and retained for up to 18 months unless you ask for deletion sooner.
Cookieless analytics
To improve the draft room, DraftADynasty counts anonymous steps such as opening a room, recording a first or fifth pick, finishing, recovering, undoing, or using catch-up. A random daily session code prevents repeat taps from inflating the count. These records contain no usernames, league IDs, user IDs, team names, player data, searches, links, or raw IP addresses, and are deleted after 30 days. The count works without cookies or cross-site tracking.
No password connection
DraftADynasty does not ask for fantasy-platform passwords, payment details, private tokens, or account-linking credentials.
