Where we
disagree
Before a single 2026 pick was made, we wrote down where we’d take 199players and locked the file. Below is every place that board argues with the draft room — and, once the drafts are done, whether we were right.
What our number is
Our number is where a player ranks by what they actually cost in real trades. The market's number is where they go in mock drafts. Both are markets - so this is two crowds disagreeing, not a forecast we invented.
That gap is worth knowing — the room is often slow to reprice a player the trade market has already moved on. But we’re not going to dress it up as a crystal ball. It’s one honest comparison, written down early enough to be marked wrong.

Nothing has been settled yet — the 2026 drafts do that. When they’re done we score each call against the pick that actually happened, and against where the room had them, and we publish it here whether it makes us look good or not. 22of these players have no mock-draft number at all, so they can’t be part of the head-to-head. They stay on the page anyway: we said something about them, and hiding that would flatter the score.

Green means we’d take them that many picks before the room does. Red means we’d let them go. Our number is rank by real trade cost; the room’s is FFC redraft ADP. Board format: redraft-1qb-1ppr-12tm.
